I use Asana with several clients. It’s a web and mobile application designed to help teams organize, track, and manage their work.
This is my go-to for all things graphics and where I create all my social media content for myself and my clients. It does more than just social media images, but that is mainly what I utilize it for. I’ve also created e-cards and e-brochures for my business.
I use Cinchshare to schedule my social media posts and manage my Facebook groups. It’s a user-friendly software that was created to help direct sellers save time and have a hassle-free workflow for social media marketing. You plan and schedule your posts to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
I use ConvertKit for my email list and newsletter. It is a full-featured email service provider that is easy to use, with automations and other features, including customizable sign-up forms and landing pages to help bring in more email subscribers.

I use Harvest to track my time when working on projects. I love that it integrates with many of the other platforms I use, like Slack and Asana. The best part? Billing is so easy. It integrates with PayPal and makes sending invoices and getting paid a breeze. No, really. A few clicks and your invoices are sent with a link to pay.
With Loom, you can record your camera, microphone, and desktop simultaneously. Your video is then instantly available to share through Loom’s platform. As soon as you are done recording, the shareable link is sent to your clipboard for you to share. Great for sharing a quick tip or walking a client through a new process.
Remember back in the day when AOL brought the internet to the mainstream and everyone was in a chat room? That is what Slack kind of reminds me of. Only it is a private chat room for business; to collaborate with your clients and/or with others on your team. You can also direct message individuals on the team. You can share and pin files, important links, etc. It also integrates with Google Drive. I use slack with several clients and I also have the app on my phone.
Trello was one of the first tools I used to collaborate on online projects when I started working virtually in 2019. In one glance, Trello tells you what’s being worked on, who’s working on what, and where something is in the process. It’s like the office white board; lists of sticky notes, with tasks on each note for you and your team.
A client introduced me to Voxer this year and it has been great being able to have secure, real-time conversations on this push-to-talk (PTT) app. It’s been a real time-saver when talking one-on-one as well as with a team.
I’ve been using Zoom since 2018 and most people are familiar with it by now, but if you aren’t, it’s a cloud platform for video, voice, content sharing, and chat that runs across mobile devices, desktops, and telephones. You can record your calls to share later, which can be beneficial to team members unable to make a meeting at the scheduled time.
